QiYoga is the gentle fusion of hatha yoga and traditional Chinese chi-gung with meditation. Created in consultation with doctors, physiotherapists and chiropractors this unique style of yoga enhances vitality, memory, focus and productivity.
Students are encouraged to work to their own body uniqueness and reminded that yoga is work in progress. QiYoga develops strength and balance as well as flexibility, the latter a consequence of practicing yoga and not a prerequisite.
Our approach emphasises self-awareness through mindfulness and particular attention to alignment, building core strength and breath.

She has conducted classes in corporate offices, acted as cover teacher at schools and gyms. Jen conducts private classes either in Subiaco or in her client’s home.
Fertility yoga is now a main focus for her, assisting women to conceive naturally. Jen is also a specialist teacher for seniors yoga and stress management. Jen runs healthy lifestyle yoga and meditation retreats several times a year which are a wonderful way to detox and de-stress, leaving all her clients refreshed and revitalised.
